198 or 199 – If you are an existing Jio customer, you can reach us at any of these two numbers.
1800-889-9999 – In case you are not using a Jio number as yet, you can still contact us at the Jio customer care by dialling this number. This is a toll-free number and can be dialled from any non-Jio phone.
1800-890-8900 – For knowing the status of your JioPhone Pre-booking Voucher, simply dial this number. Any latest update on your voucher will be shared with you.
1800-890-9999 – For any queries or troubleshooting for your Jio device, please get in touch with us at this number and you will be directed to our Device Care Helpline (LYF Smartphone & JioFi), where our customer care executives will be glad to offer solutions to your problems.
1800-889-9333 – To provide solutions for your corporate needs, Jio offers an exclusive helpline for its corporate customers. Please dial this number and our customer care executives will be able to provide tailor made solutions for your corporate needs.
1800-896-9999 –For any kind of assistance on JioFibre services we can be reached at this number.
1800-893-3399 – This helpline is exclusively for our online shopping customers who may require assistance.
