One of the highly anticipated devices from the S20 lineup, the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is expected to feature a screen size of 6.9 inch (17.53 cm) besides a screen resolution of 1440 x 3200 pixels and 509ppi pixel density to ensure a vibrant display to its users. Additionally, the AMOLED screen also gets a 90Hz refresh rate for seamless visual streaming. As per its speculations, the S20 Ultra features a triple-lens set-up with a 108 MP wide-angled OIS PDAF primary camera. The Primary camera is backed by two similar 12 MP telephoto, ultra-wide-angle lenses. The camera features as touted by Samsung include up to 30X Space Zoom capabilities and advanced crop-zoom technology. Coming to the front fascia, the punch hole embeds a 40 MP shooter for crisp images and the best-in-class videos.

Powering the S20 Ultra 5G is the Samsung Exynos 9 Octa 990 chipset sitting over an octa-core processor. To add on to its premium performance, it gets MALI-G77 MP11 GPU backed by 12GB RAM to ensure a vivid graphical experience and hassle-free multitasking. The battery capacity of the device will be at 5,000 mAh, supporting quick and wireless charging functionality for long-lasting usage and higher productivity.

The internal storage of the device stands at 128GB, further expandable up to 1TB.Interestingly, the expected connectivity features include 5G/4G Volte network along with Wi-Fi, Mobile Hotspot, Bluetooth, NFC, A-GPS with GLONASS.
